1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the c44 4 platform and all its services. When you open an account or use any service on c44 4, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. This document is a legal agreement between you and c44 4, so reading it in full is in your interest.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

To create a valid account on c44 4, each user must provide accurate and genuine information. c44 4 reserves the right to immediately cancel any account registered with false or misleading information.

2.1 Required Information

• Full name (as shown on your National ID or passport)
• Correct mobile number and email address
• Date of birth (proof may be required that you are aged 21 or above)
• Details of an active payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay)

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account may be opened per person, household or device. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be cancelled and any associated balance or bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3 Age and Eligibility

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, making your balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in that example you would need to wager ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• You must read the full terms of the relevant offer before claiming a bonus
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time — check the terms of each offer
• c44 4 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious activity is identified

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Registering or transacting using a third party's identity

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct or making false claims to c44 4 staff

8 Account Suspension and Closure

c44 4 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Common reasons for this include:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or age
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• The user's own request

If there is a valid balance and no breach of terms has been established, the opportunity to withdraw will be given before the account is closed. However, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited.
